DerMend Fragile Skin Moisturizing Cream

DerMend Fragile Skin Moisturizing CreamI’m 71 years old and have mature, fragile skin. It’s something that most of us will deal with as we age. My skin is often dry, itchy and has a crepey look to it in certain areas. Let’s face it, growing old is never fun and taking care of our skin can be a lot of work.

Upon my daughter’s recommendation I picked up a tube of DerMend Fragile Skin Moisturizing Formula Cream. It’s specifically formulated for mature skin like mine. The cream helps rejuvenate thin, fragile mature skin with hyaluronic acid, retinol, glycolic acid, niacinamide and multiple ceramides. It’s dermatologist recommended.

To Use: For best results use twice a day or as directed by your physician.

DerMend Fragile Skin Moisturizing Cream

For the first few days I applied the cream to my hands and arms to see how my skin would react to it. Sometimes retinol containing products can be too harsh. I had no issues with this cream at all, so I started applying it to my legs and feet a few days later. As directed you’ll want to apply it twice a day to see the best results.

In two short weeks I noticed a remarkable difference. The fine lines and crepey skin on my hands and arms looked a lot better. The fine lines and wrinkles were less noticeable. My skin looked moisturized and I didn’t experience that dry skin itch!  The appearance of dry patches on the heals of my feet are 80% gone. I feel that this cream made my skin look 10+ years younger and that’s only after 2 weeks of use.

The consistency of the cream is smooth, rich and creamy. After application it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a sticky film behind. You can tell it absorbs and doesn’t sit on the surface of your skin which I really like. It has no fragrance or odors to it. No one will smell you coming and going.

I’m really impressed with the DerMend Fragile Skin Moisturizing Cream and wanted to share my honest opinion about the product with the “mature” readers of this blog. The product is a little more on the pricey side but I’m very pleased with the results that I’m seeing. In my honest opinion, it was worth every dime that I spent.

  1. I check this site every day to see what’s happening. I miss the contests. Any chance for more?

My skin is 72 years old and this looks so useful that I just went to Amazon and ordered it.

  2. I have been looking for a decent lotion and am glad to see this review. My skin is a mess. I have thin skin also and bruise and when I get scraped or whatever bleed so easily. I use Aquaphor but can not use that all the time as it is so darn heavy. It works great on legs though if you can let it set. This sounds so much better!
