For the past 10 years I’ve been regularly using pore cleaning nose strips made by a specific brand. They’re a great way to remove blackheads and to clean out your pores. Matter of fact, I think they make your pores look smaller too. I’m a firm believer in using them.

Last month I had to run into Rite Aid to pick up a prescription for my son and noticed the Daylogic Deep Action Pore Cleansing Strips sitting on the shelf. They’re sold in an 8-count box with each one individually packaged. Great for those of you who are traveling and want to toss a few into your travel bag without taking the entire box along with you.
How to Use: Wash your face. Make sure you remove creams, lotions and/or make-up. You want to start with a clean canvas. Dry hands. Remove the strip from the pack and peel off the clear backing. Thoroughly wet your nose. It won’t stick onto dry skin. Apply the strip to the nose with smooth side to skin. Press down and smooth out air bubbles. Let dry for 10-15 minutes. It will feel stiff once dry. Slowly peel off the strip, starting at the edges and pulling toward the center. Toss strip away.
I then will wash off my face with warm water. I don’t re-cleanse my face since I did that step first. Pat face with dry towel. You should never rub or scrub your face hard which can damage your skin and/or cause wrinkles. It states on the package you can use one nose strip every three days. I only use one once per week and find that works best for me.
The reason I’m sharing this little beauty secret with all of you is because I find that the Daylogic brand works better and is a little cheaper than that name brand that you see out there in the marketplace. Yes, that’s my honest and unbiased opinion. I don’t get any skin irritation after using them and I feel they do a wonderful job at removing blackheads and cleaning out my pores which often get clogged up with skin creams and/or make-up.
I’ve been buying them for the past 2 months from Rite Aid and couldn’t be happier with them and now I’m recommending them to all of my friends. If you have an issue with your nose pores getting clogged up or with blackheads on your nose…give the Daylogic Deep Action Pore Cleansing Strips a try.
