The Healthy Crunch Instant Lattes are dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free and peanut-free. They contain 50% less sugar than their competitors. They’re available in several different yummy flavors: Golden Turmeric, Pumpkin Maple, Matcha, and Chocolate. There are 5 servings per container with 110 calories per serving.
For this review I received two canisters of Healthy Crunch Instant Latte mixes to evaluate for you: Pumpkin Maple and Golden Turmeric.
The Pumpkin Maple Instant Latte is perfect during this time of the year. It’s a rich and creamy combination of pumpkin, maple, and cinnamon combined with coconut milk.
The Golden Turmeric Instant Latte has a warm blend of turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger combined with coconut milk.
To Make: Add 3 Tbsp. of mix to 5 oz. of hot water. Stir well to dissolve. You can try using warm milk, coconut milk or any milk substitute for a delicious alternative.
For the past week I’ve been enjoying both flavors! In the morning I’ve been enjoying the Golden Turmeric and in the evening the Pumpkin Maple. They both have very distinctive tastes. They’re really easy to mix up. Just a few “stirs” with your spoon and the mix dissolves with no clumping. They’re smooth, rich and creamy with no bitter after-taste.
I’m really impressed with the Healthy Crunch Instant Latte mixes. They taste like something you would buy at an expensive coffee shop. I’m talking something that costs you $15 to $20 per cup. You would be proud to serve them to a family member or friend. Yes, they’re that good!
