I’m an active 71 year old woman. I enjoy traveling and going out and about to see family & friends. I try to keep myself as busy that I can. As someone who is always on the run I need health grab-n-go snacks. Trail mix and granola bars are two of my favorites to take along with me.
Recently I had the opportunity to try the Healthy Crunch Super Hero Trail Mix. It’s gluten-free, peanut-free, Non-GMO, vegan, certified kosher and certified paleo. Due to being peanut-free, it’s school approved for those of you who have children.
Ingredients: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, mulberries, golden berries, goji berries, and cacao nibs.
It comes packaged in 7.9 oz. re-sealable bags with 9 servings per package. Each serving (25g) contains 125 calories with 60 calories from fat. There’s zero sodium and zero mg. of cholesterol. Each package comes stamped with a best by use date which I really appreciate.
The trail mix is pleasing to the eye to look at. It doesn’t look boring and all dried out. The combination of seeds and fruits are really unique. I’ve never seen this combination in other brands. The mix is crunchy without being too hard to chew. The flavor combination is delicious and it’s hard to only eat a little bit. It’s the type of trail mix that you actually look forward to eating and eating often.
I’ve been enjoying the Healthy Crunch Super Hero Trail Mix straight out of the bag. Plus, I’ve mixed it into my vanilla yogurt and sprinkled it on top of vanilla bean ice cream as a topping. It’s equally as good! It’s one of the best trail mixes I’ve ever had!

This reminds me that I have not had trail mix in years and I love it. I would love to try this product and take it with me on hikes or just keep it in the car for a quick bite to eat.
