Two weeks ago I received a complimentary package of the GOODTO GO Soft Baked Bars in the following flavors: Strawberry Macadamia Nut, Blueberry Cashew, Chocolate Mint, Double Chocolate, Vanilla Almond, Cinnamon Pecan, Cocoa Coconut, and Raspberry Lemon.
At the age of 71 I do my best to eat healthy and watch my weight. These soft baked bars contain 160 to 170 calories per bar which is really great. They have a soft-baked, cookie-like texture. If you have any jaw or chewing problems, you can definitely eat these bars with no issues at all.
The bars are made with real, tasty ingredients like coconut, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc. The flavor combinations are really great! I tried 8 different flavors and there wasn’t a bad one in the bunch. I would buy all 8 of them. If I had to choose a favorite (because you’re twisting my arm) I would have to select the Double Chocolate with the Strawberry Macadamia Nut coming in a close second.

I like having a quick snack in my car. I’d start with the Blueberry Cashew ones.
I would so love to try these for a quick and healthy breakfast. I like all the different flavors that they have. That blueberry cashew sounds so good.
