My daughter loves working on arts and crafts projects. She enjoys painting, paper crafts, beading and drawing. She’s 11 years old and has great artistic talent. I think she gets this from my mom who is also very artsy and crafty.

This book also features 19 chibi tutorials with simple step-by-step illustrations and instructions, inspiration galleries, blank body bases for you to start your own chibi drawings, and uncolored chibis for practicing coloring and shading.

The book is broken down into 5 parts: Chibi Basics, Chibi Cuties, Chibi Beasties, Inspiration Gallery and the Practice & Coloring Pages. If you’re new to this art medium you’ll want to read the book’s introduction and materials section before you get started.

My 11 year old daughter has another book done by this talented artist and was really excited to add this one to her collection. Every project is broken down into easy-to-understand and follow terms. If my 11 year old daughter can draw Chibi’s then you can too! She decorates her school notebooks, tablets and art pad with all of the designs.
