Last month I needed to whip up a pasta salad and only had 8 hours to do it. My Mom told me about the Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Ranch & Bacon Pasta Salad Mix and I decided to give that a try. At our local grocery store they had it on sale for $1.09 per box so I picked up two.
The box gives you the instructions on how to prepare it. I decided to follow the Club Pasta Salad Recipe that was also printed on the box with the addition of 2 hard-boiled eggs thinly sliced. You can follow their recipe below and add the hard-boiled eggs like I did.
Club Pasta Salad Recipe
1 box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Ranch & Bacon Pasta Salad Mix
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups Chopped Cooked Turkey or Chicken
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup Julienne Strips Cheddar Cheese
4 cups Lettuce bite-size pieces
Fill a 3-quart saucepan two-thirds full of water, heat to a boiling. Empty pasta mix into boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain, rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well.
In medium bowl, stir together seasoning mix and the mayonnaise. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the lettuce. Serve salad on lettuce. Refrigerate leftovers.
Note: I placed the pasta salad in a covered bowl and refrigerated for 4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse and for it to chill. I didn’t serve it with lettuce. I also added 2 thinly sliced hard-boiled eggs which I think made a nice addition.

I like your additions to The Suddenly Salad pasta salad. One can never have too many variations of pasta salads.
I’ve made Suddenly Salads but never added additional ingredients. This looks delicious! The Ranch and Bacon is one of my favorites.
I spy some radishes in the picture. Good addition.

The Suddenly Salad classic is a favorite of ours. My grandkids love adding some olives and cheese to it for a quick lunch.
