Twenty-Five years ago I was in an accident that changed my life forever. I fractured my back and crushed a few discs in my upper back and neck area. After going through extensive physical therapy and getting little to no improvement I went out on disability from work. Eventually, I took early retirement as my condition never improved.

Over the years I’ve learned to live with the chronic pain and one thing that has always helped to relieve it has been heat. The second thing is to keep myself moving, no matter how bad of a day I may be having. You’ve got to keep your body moving no matter what.

It’s a microwavable and freezable product. You can heat it up in your microwave when you want heat therapy or place it in your freezer when you want cold therapy. It’s versatile! Even though it’s designed for the neck and shoulder area don’t be afraid to use it on other parts of your body too. I get nerve pain in my feet and sometimes on my left hip. Having had 3 cervical neck fusions with bone marrow from my hip then had to have laminectomy and shoulder surgery from a fall. I suffer from the surgeries performed over 10 years ago I would love to have the microwaveable lower back, the extra large neck and back microvabke wrap and any future product that help ease muscles and pain. I have tens unit but hard to put on yourself when can’t reach back or see back and neck to place electrodes lol

The washable covers are very useful. After washing, the heat wrap looks new. Our masks are of higher quality than what you can buy in Costco. We hand make our cloth face masks in the Seattle area. Many people come back to buy more of our cloth masks.
