Meat loaf is one of those classic comfort foods that can be enjoyed hot or cold. It’s the perfect main entree and goes with a ton of different side dishes. It’s also one of those things that tastes just as good as a leftover as it did on the first day that you made it.

I make meatloaf about once a month for my family. I will sometimes make it completely from scratch using my own seasonings mixes and sometimes I make it with an envelope of McCormick’s Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix. You can the recipe on their website or printed directly on the seasoning mix package.

1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup French’s Tomato Ketchup, (optional)

I enjoy making meatloaf as well as trying different recipes for it. Sometimes I use prepackaged seasoning mixes. The only problem with this recipe is that you did not state how much ground meat nor which type of beef was being used.
We have meatloaf about every other week. It is good as you mentioned hot or cold. I love meatloaf sandwiches cold they have always been a favorite. I also like them because they freeze so well annd make for a great meal in the summer and not heating up the kitchen too much.
When I was growing up, making meatloaf was one of the dinners I made often. I’d try all kinds of ingredients. This recipe is easy.
