McCormick’s Classic Meat Loaf Recipe

McCormick's Classic Meat Loaf RecipeMeat loaf is one of those classic comfort foods that can be enjoyed hot or cold. It’s the perfect main entree and goes with a ton of different side dishes. It’s also one of those things that tastes just as good as a leftover as it did on the first day that you made it.

I make meatloaf about once a month for my family. I will sometimes make it completely from scratch using my own seasonings mixes and sometimes I make it with an envelope of McCormick’s Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix. You can the recipe on their website or printed directly on the seasoning mix package.

McCormick’s Classic Meat Loaf Recipe

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup French’s Tomato Ketchup, (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.

Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9″ x 5″ loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through. Remove from oven and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
