Flying Embers Hard Kombucha Fermented 75 Cocktail Recipe

1 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Earl Grey Tea Syrup
2 oz. Flying Embers Lemon Orchard Kombucha
1 oz. Champagne
1 Lemon Twist
Champagne Flute

Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute and garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
