Cookies ‘N Cream Popcorn Recipe
Even though I’m in my 70’s I still enjoy eating Oreo cookies. Matter of fact, they’re my favorite when it comes to store-bought cookies. I’m also a big fan of Cookies ‘N Cream flavored ice cream, yogurt, milkshakes, candy bars and cream pies.
Today’s guest post recipe is courtesy of Popcorn.org and it combines popped popcorn, white chocolate chips, Oreo cookies and coconut oil together. Super easy-to-make recipe that will yield approximately 12 cups.
Cookies ‘N Cream Popcorn Recipe
12 cups popped corn
One 11 oz. package white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
15 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
Place popcorn in large bowl; set aside.
In medium saucepan on low heat, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil; stir until blended. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn, stirring until well-coated. Stir in chopped Oreo’s.
Spread mixture on baking sheet and chill until chocolate has set. Break into pieces to serve.
