Chicken Potstickers from Feel Good Foods
I enjoy cooking but on busy days I don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen preparing a meal from scratch. On days like that I turn to chef-inspired frozen foods like the ones from Feel Good Foods. Their line of foodie products make great snacks, appetizers and/or meals and are available at Target, Whole Foods, Costco and various other retailers across the nation.

Recently hubby and I had the opportunity to try out the Chicken Potstickers which includes 9-11 pieces and dipping sauce. They’re all natural and made with chicken raised without antibiotics. Each serving contains 10 grams of protein with only 240 calories. They’re certified gluten-free.
The Chicken Potstickers can be made one of two ways which are below.
Pan-Fry: In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Place the dumplings flat side down and cover the pan with a lid. Cook until all the water evaporates and the flat side is golden, 8-12 minutes.
Microwave: Place dumplings and 1 tablespoon of water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes. Carefully remove from the microwave, drain, let sit for one minute.
Dipping Sauce (included): Thaw at room temperature. (our’s was thawed by the time we were done microwaving the potstickers, so it doesn’t take long…just a few minutes.
We opted to microwave the chicken potstickers following the instructions on the package. I did have to microwave them an additional minute, so for a total of 3 minutes to get them cooked entirely through. Instead of serving the dipping sauce on the side…we drizzled it over-the-top. After 3-4 minutes they were cool enough to start eating.
How did they taste? Hubby thought they were delicious! I thought they were good too but I preferred drizzling Duck Sauce on top of mine. Yeah, I’m a big fan of “sweet sauces”, so Duck Sauce was my preferred option while hubby preferred their included dipping sauce.
To go along with them I whipped up a fresh garden salad with a little bit of olive oil dressing that I made from scratch. The Chicken Potstickers along with the salads made for a very filling meal for the two of us. Would I buy this product again? Absolutely and they’re already on my grocery store list for next week. A quick, easy-to-prepare and filling meal!
