Well, we all made it through the month of April. I admit, it was difficult. My entire family has been adjusting to a new schedule and routine. My husband has been working full-time out of the home (essential employee) and I have been working part-time (essential employee) out of the home. We had to hire a babysitter to come to our home on a part-time basis to watch the kids. When we’re home we help the kids with their home schooling and activities. Then I get online to field emails and to help take care of this big blog. Adjustment indeed. Looking forward to getting through the month of May and seeing what June holds for all of us.
It sounds as if you have been super busy. Thank you to both you and your husband as you both are going out i these uncertain times. Hopefully the month ends better than it started and June brings much needed relief.
A very timely quote during these tough times. I know that we will get through this and that it is important to remain grateful and positive. My favorite posts have been ones that feature your new cat.
The month of April was definitely different and stressful. Let’s hope everyone stays safe and we get through this crisis.
I really like the quote this week. It is so appropriate for the time right now. I am glad you get a babysitter. So many parents trying to work out of the home don’t and all suffer. You are smart for doing that.
