I think that this recipe would taste quite good. I never thought to add popcorn to a meatloaf.
I think this would be good. We always have leftover popcorn after we make it. This would be lighter it seems than other fillers an I think I have tried most! I make give this a go when popcorn time and meatloaf time align!
Interesting recipe. I am sure it is good. I would have never thought to use corn instead of bread crumbs.
Interesting. Popcorn is being used as the binder, like bread crumbs would usually be used. That sounds like it might be good.
Your popcorn recipes that have it processed intrigue me. I have not thought of corn as a filler for meats but it can be. Thank you for the recipe and information.
Well, it does use the popcorn as a filler like breadcrumbs. I just don’t like any meatloaf so won’t be trying this.
When this picture came up it “Was NO Way” then I tried to look close at the picture to see popcorn in the meatloaf. Then I looked at the recipe and it was of course they ground it up. How many times I have not made something because of no bread crumps.
Now this is one recipe that I have never heard of before. I really think I would like this one I bet the taste of popcorn in the meatloaf is really good.
