There is a small on-site (air-conditioned) restaurant where you can pick up a bite to eat: subs, pizza, burgers, fries, snack wraps, salads, soft pretzels, nachos, ice cream, etc. Plus, shopping in their gift shop is always a lot of fun!

A few tips to know before you go:

Dress appropriately for the current weather conditions and wear comfortable walking shoes. You’ll be doing a lot of walking! Bring along sunscreen and bug spray. Apply both before entering the park. Do not feed the animals as this endangers their health & safety. Follow all park rules and guidelines.

I would recommend allowing at least 2 hours in your schedule when visiting. This will allow you to see everything that the park has to offer. It’s fun for the entire family and its a great way for children to get up close & personal with several different animal species.
