Chicken Egg Rolls from Feel Good Foods

May 27, 2020 by Shelly

Chicken Egg Rolls from Feel Good FoodsI enjoy cooking but on busy days I don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen preparing a meal from scratch. On days like that I turn to chef-inspired frozen foods like the ones from Feel Good Foods. Their line of foodie products make great snacks, appetizers and/or meals and are available at Target, Whole Foods, Costco and various other retailers across the nation.

Feel Food Foods offers a line of chef-inspired frozen foods that are non-GMO, Gluten-Free, minimally processed and are ready to cook. Products include but are not limited to: veggie pot stickers, beef & cheddar cheese taquitos, breakfast pockets, cauliflower pizza snack bites, etc.

Recently hubby and I had the opportunity to try out the Chicken Egg Rolls from feel good foods. Each package includes 3 egg rolls filled with chicken and vegetables. They contain all-natural ingredients, made with chicken raised without antibiotics with each serving containing 9 grams of protein.

The package includes instructions on preparation. You can bake them in a conventional oven at 400 degrees F for 20-24 minutes or pan-fry them by microwaving them for 30 seconds and then pan-fry them in canola oil over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes.

We decided to bake them in the oven while we prepared freshly-made garden salads to go along with them. As they were baking you could smell goodness coming from the oven! Once they were done I drizzled a little bit of Duck Sauce on top of mine and hubby drizzled soy sauce on top of his. You could serve dipping sauces on the side if you prefer that.

This was the first time we had tried this item from Feel Good Foods and were pleasantly surprised with how good they tasted! They had a crispy outer shell and chewy veggie & chicken filling inside. They were easy to chew and packed with flavor. They didn’t skimp on a single thing!!!  They were filling and extremely satisfying. YUMMY GOOD!

Head on over to the feel good foods website to learn more about the company and their products. You can connect with the brand on Facebook too.

I’m a big fan of eggrolls, or Chinese food in general. I’ll pick some of these up next time I’m grocery shopping.

I have saw them at the store but you know some times you don’t try because you might not like it. I like to read reviews and then give something a shot. This I will pick up next time I like easy stuff to fix for meals

I like having some easy to make choices in my freezer for those times that I don’t want to cook. These sound like they have good flavor and quality. I will need to give them a try.
