Ancient Berry Gin Smash Cocktail Recipe

6 Red Raspberries
4 Blackberries
1 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Gin
2 oz. Flying Embers Ancient Berry Kombucha
Highball Glass with Ice

Thoroughly muddle berries and simple syrup. Add 2 oz. gin and shake over ice. Strain into a highball glass full of crushed ice and float 2 oz. Ancient Berry Kombucha. Garnish with a skewer of berries. Enjoy!
