The pads are self adhesive, air-activated, disposable and can provide 4-6 hours of low heat. You can apply them directly onto your skin or onto the inside of your clothing. They don’t get any hotter than 100 degrees F. so they’re safe to use. I like that they’re discreet, so no one would even know that you’re using heat therapy while at work.

Each package contains 20 disposable heat pads with 2 heat pads in each sealed bag. After opening the bag, both pads are activated, so you’ll want to use both at the same time. The product is handmade in the U.S.A.
