The month of March is always a busy one for my family. We have 7 close family members and 2 dear friends that have birthdays during the month of March. That’s a lot of parties to attend! We’re working on cleaning up our yard for the season and spring cleaning is in full swing. The kids had several school activities going on this month and I worked a little bit of over-time at work. There’s something always going on. How has the month of March been treating you so far?
Everything around us is closed except for grocery stores which now have special hours for senior citizens. Even the playgrounds and ball fields are closed but we can still get out for walks as long as social distance is observed. Lucky to have a yard that we can use.
We are elderly so we are staying home right now. My challenge is finding things for my husband to do so he doesn’t get cabin fever. Luckily we live in the country and can go out in your large yard. It is getting warm here now. It was 88 yesterday. Time for sunscreen and shade tree enjoyment.
My birthday is March 28th and I love this time of year so much. I love the flowers that are in bloom right now and the green fields and blossoming tress they are so beautiful It has been a scary week just got back from the grocery store and they were sold out of bread, soap, toilet paper and paper towels oh and cleaner. We are pretty stocked up but it was scary to see. Everything is closed here no schools, libraries, restaurants, bars, most of the small shops are closed heck even the IRS office is closed. I was able to check the mail today hope that continues. Hope you are all doing well in your neck of the woods.
