What kind of neighborhood do you live in? Do you live in the city, suburbs or in a rural area? The reason I ask is because of neighbors. Do you have decent neighbors that you get along with or ones that you wish would move?

I live in a housing development and the neighbors on one side are a real pain in the butt. Difficult to get along with. The neighbors on our other side are sweet, courteous and helpful. Our neighbor gets together twice a year for a big neighborhood yard sale and block party. That’s always fun! Two additional times a year we get together to walk through the neighborhood picking up trash. We like to keep things looking clean.

Comments

  1. I feel so fortunate to have neighbors on both sides that are courteous, thoughtful and easy to get along with. It makes a huge difference when you know that your neighbors are reasonable and willing to work things out if any issues come up.

  2. Tamra Phelps says

I like the quote. Mark Twain usually had some wise words.

  3. Peggy Nunn says

I live in the country. I can see my neighbor’s homes from the road. I know several. they are all nice but keep to themselves.
