Well-Written and Beautifully Illustrated Children’s Books from Ripley’s

Norman and the Flight Children's BookMy children love to read and have built a massive library of children’s books over the past 10 1/2 years. My son likes picture books that are specifically made for early readers and my daughter enjoys books on a wide variety of different topics. Both of them get excited when new books arrive.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! has been publishing entertaining and educational books for children and adults for decades. You can always count on their books to be well-written and beautifully illustrated.

Norman and the Flight Children's Book

Norman and the Flight is a hardcover book written by Carrie Bolin and Jessica Firpi, illustrated by John Graziano. ISBN: 978-1-60991-257-4.

Synopsis: Who says penguins can’t fly? Join the adorable Norman as he searches for a way to accomplish the impossible. Told from Norman’s point of view, young readers will giggle at Norman’s silly attempts and relate to his disappointment at his failures. Will Norman ultimately find a way to fly? There’s only one way to find out!

Gabby and the Dark Children's Book

Gabby and the Dark is a hardcover book written by Carrie Bolin and Jessica Firpi, illustrated by John Graziano. ISBN: 978-1-60991-256-7.

Synopsis: Gabby’s not afraid of the dark! Well, maybe just a little. Join Gabby as she explores the deep, dark ocean. Told from Gabby’s point of view, kids will relate to how scary the dark can feel but, like Gabby, will be assured that they, too, can conquer their fear and maybe even make a new friend in the process!

Gabby and the Dark Children's Book

Both of these books are for early readers with just a few words or up to 2 sentences per page. They’re great for the child who’s just learning to read or for a parent to read to a younger child. You can easily read one of these books cover to cover before bedtime, so they’re perfect for bedtime reading too.

The stories are well-written and beautifully illustrated. You can tell that these are quality-printed books due to the weight of the paper, the hardcovers and they come with dust jackets. The perfect books to add to any child’s reading library.

Gabby and the Dark Children's Book

My 4 year old son has fell in-love with both of these books and we’ve read each of them at least a dozen times since we received them. He really enjoys books that feature animals, especially animals that live in the sea.

Little Prince has taken both books into preschool and his teacher had the pleasure of reading them to the class during reading time. They were a big classroom hit! We own other books published by Ripley’s and he’ll be taking two more in next time. These are the type’s of books that parents and educators love!

I will have to add these books to my amazon wish list. I have been buying books for my great niece and great great nephew since they were born. My great great nephew loves dinosaurs and I have been getting older books for him and letting his mom help him/read to him.
