I’m counting down the days until we open up our pool for the summer season and spend countless days laying around on the beach. Every year I like to replace our beach and pool towels with new ones. Towels can be expensive and I refuse to pay outrageous prices for them. I like them to be soft, plush, colorful and super-absorbent.

My husband is a huge Star Wars fan and has been collecting items from the hit franchise since the mid 1980’s. He has thousands of items! He has 300+ action figures, comic books, books & movies, men’s apparel items, a vintage R2D2 toy box, a Star Wars themed pinball machine, puzzles, games, toys, posters, etc. He has a lot!!!
This year I decided to buy him two new Star Wars Beach Towels from Amazon. Why Amazon? Well, because they’re affordable, ship straight to my door and since we’re Prime members…no added shipping fee. Plus…you can find designs there that you can’t find any where else.
Star Wars EP7 The Droids beach towel is made out of plush 100% cotton. It measures 28″ by 58″ in size. It’s the perfect size for teenagers and adults. The design is super cool and the image is very crisp & clear. I love the colors that were used on this one. What’s really impressive about this particular one is how dang soft it is!!! It’s plush and feels like velour. Great against your skin and launders up nicely.
Star Wars The Force Awakens Beach Towel is another plush 100% cotton towel that I purchased from Amazon. It measures 28″ by 58″ in size. The wordage is printed on a jet black background and really stands out. Love the simple but yet classic look with this one. Just like the first one it feels soft against your skin and is super absorbent. It launders up nicely with no pillage or fading of the colors.
Next week I’m going to shop Amazon for new beach & pool towels for my grandchildren. They’ll be hanging out in our pool a lot this summer plus we’ll be taking them down to the beach house with us a few times too. I don’t want them walking around using any ratty, old towels!
