Time for our monthly MAILBOX MONDAY for February 2020. The first Monday of every month you’ll see our Mailbox Monday Meme. It will cover the previous month and we invite all of our readers to participate. If you’re a blogger, you can participate too by sharing our MEME on your blog.
The Mailbox Monday Meme is about celebrating all of those fun things we get in our mailbox every month! These items can be giveaways/contest prizes that you won, freebie samples you snagged from the internet, gifts you received from loved ones, etc. What doesn’t it include? Yucky bills.
One of the hottest new crafting crazes is called Diamond Art Painting. Back in December I featured one of those kits & projects on the TCC blog. Since then…I’ve been totally hooked on it. In January I entered a giveaway sponsored by a craft company and guess what? I won 2 Diamond Art Painting kits!
The one kit features a beautiful unicorn design and I gave that one to my 10 1/2 year old granddaughter. If you look at the pictured below you can see her working on it. (She loves this craft medium too). I’ll update this post once we completes her unicorn design.
Anyway, the other design was a beautiful beach design featuring seashells, the beach and ocean water in the background. I kept that one for myself! It took me 8-9 days but I finally completed it. I’ll be buying a wooden frame next weekend to frame it. I’m going to hang it up on the wall in my craft room to provide me inspiration!
In addition to the 2 Diamond Art Painting Kits…I won a 4-pack of fruity-flavored lip balms from a beauty blog and my husband won a $25 Turkey Hill GC. Yeah!!! We had some great wins last month.
