Gameday Ravioli Nachos Recipe

1-18 oz. pkg. Three Bridges Family Sized Ravioli
1-15 oz. Three Bridges Heirloom Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
6 oz. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1-pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup pitted black olives

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain. Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and lemon juice.

In a small bowl mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese with salt & pepper. Sprinkle mix over ravioli.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle all toppings over toasted Ravioli. Warm in oven.

Serving Suggestion: Dip in Three Bridges Marinara Sauce.
