Gameday Ravioli Nachos Recipe

Gameday Ravioli Nachos RecipeLoaded potato skins and buffalo chicken dip might be the most popular Super Bowl foods in the nation, but why not get more creative for the big game? Whether you are hosting or were invited to someone else’s home, here is how you can be the MVP on Sunday!

Today’s guest post recipe is courtesy of Three Bridges. You can use the store locator on their website to find the products near you. The following recipe will yield approximately 4 servings.

Gameday Ravioli Nachos Recipe

1-18 oz. pkg. Three Bridges Family Sized Ravioli
1-15 oz. Three Bridges Heirloom Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
6 oz. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1-pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup pitted black olives

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain. Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and lemon juice.

In a small bowl mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese with salt & pepper. Sprinkle mix over ravioli.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle all toppings over toasted Ravioli. Warm in oven.

Serving Suggestion: Dip in Three Bridges Marinara Sauce.

    This is a clever version of Nachos. I think the ravioli would be delicious.

    We love Nachos in our house! However, I never thought of making Ravioli Nachos and it is a ver creative twist on the original.

    Oh, this looks like my kind of food. Tasty! I’m not a fan of Buffalo Chicken Wings, I mean, there’s no meat on wings, lol. But ravioli, I can get behind!!

    I like this recipe. It is different than I have seen. I have never used Ravioli for the chips. Thank you for the idea.

    I have never heard of this recipe before and I gotta tell ya it made my stomach growl when I saw it. I so want to make this recipe now I just know everyone will love it. Thank you for sharing this one it looks like a winner. Hope you all enjoy the game tomorrow.
