Tom Hanks portrays Mister Rogers in A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, a timely story of kindness triumphing over cynicism, based on the true story of a real-life friendship between Fred Rogers and journalist Tom Junod. After a jaded magazine writer (Primetime Emmy® Award-winner[2] Matthew Rhys) is assigned a profile of Fred Rogers, he overcomes his skepticism, learning about kindness, love and forgiveness from America’s most beloved neighbor.

I love Mr. Rogers and was sorry when the show ended. I definitely want to see this movie.
I didn’t get around to watching this in the theater, but do want to see it. I like the extras in this DVD.
I saw this in the theater when it first came out. It is fabulous and hear warming. I would love to see it again.
I remember Mr. Rogers from my own childhood. My little brother watched him every day. Tom Hanks really nailed this role.

I can not wait to see this movie. I watched Mr. Rogers so much when I was a little girl and I loved it. I am also a Big Tom Hanks fan so I know this movie should be great for the whole family to enjoy.
