5 Reasons Why I Buy My Home Canning Supplies from Amazon
I’ve been home canning for about 30 years and really enjoy it. I’m no expert on it, but I do considered myself to be well-experienced with it. Over the years I’ve canned applesauce, pear sauce, apple pie filling, a variety of different pickles, relishes, fruits, vegetables, salsas, soups, stews, juices, and other foods.

One question that I get asked a lot is “Where do I buy my water bath canners, pressure canners, mason jars, and home canning accessories? These items are readily available from numerous online retailers but I prefer to purchase the items that I need from Amazon. Why Amazon?
* Price: I often find their prices to be competitive and often times cheaper. I can easily do comparison shopping.
* Reviews: I like being able to read the reviews on an item before I purchase it. A lot of online retailers don’t have that option available to potential customers.
* Availability: They have everything that I need. Seriously, I can buy everything that I need from one retailer and on one shopping trip! They offer items that you can’t find anywhere else.
* Returns: I can return any item that doesn’t meet my satisfaction with no hassle. Over the past 10 years I’ve only returned 2 items to Amazon and both were easy returns with no problems. That’s the way it should be!
* Shipping: We’re Amazon Prime members so the majority of items we purchase are shipped FREE and only take 2 days to get here.
