You may recall our previous review in which Jenelle, Shelly, and Carol all tried and loved this deodorant. And now I’m a fan, too! For my review, I received Crystal’s new Mountain Fresh scent, a pleasant unisex fragrance. It’s one of two new scents in their current lineup; along with Freshly Minted, Mountain Fresh joins Vanilla Jasmine, Chamomile & Green Tea, Lavender & White Tea, and Unscented. In addition to the Invisible Solid, Crystal Deodorant is also available as a roll-on, spray, stick, and stone.
I’ve found Crystal Mineral Enriched Invisible Solid Deodorant to be very effective. While using it, I feel quite confident and protected from embarrassing odors, and its easy, smooth application is a nice bonus. Plus, it leaves no residue on my clothes. Best of all, I know that I’m not using any harsh or harmful chemicals—in fact, this product actually helps condition and moisturize skin. It works best when applied to clean skin, which they say “prevents the bacteria that causes odor from forming on the skin.” I would note that although it’s a great deodorant, it’s not an antiperspirant. That’s okay with me, though, since I don’t mind a little healthy sweat as long as I don’t have to worry about body odor.
Crystal has been making their natural deodorants for 35 years, so they know what they’re doing. They describe their products as “odor protection as nature intended.” Here are some of the benefits they list for the Mineral Enriched Invisible Solid Deodorant:
