The recommend serving size is 1 teaspoon which contains 15 calories. This is the perfect amount for me to use in my herbal tea or coffee as a natural sweetener. You really don’t need anymore than that! The honey is 100% natural, raw and unfiltered. You can use it as a natural replacement for refined sugar. You can eat it on its own or dissolve it in hot (not boiling) water.

This honey is rich, flavorful and smooth. When putting it into a hot beverage it dissolves almost immediately and really enhances & sweetens whatever you may be drinking.     Holy Cow some nice honeys here with high UMF ratings. If I could afford it that would be a blessing.
    I would choose a blend for sure. And, have. Manuka from Australia is one of the very best.
