Shrimp Linguine with Tomatoes and Artichokes

I enjoy eating seafood and shrimp happens to be one of my favorites! One of the things I really like about this recipe is that each serving is less than 300 calories, which is great for those of us who are watching our weight. Fresh tomatoes and artichokes perfectly compliment the shrimp for a full and flavorful meal.
