100% Pure American Honey Sticks from Homestead Honey

Homestead Honey is based in northern Utah where they source raw, uncut honey from a small group of local beekeepers. By keeping the group small they can ensure the highest quality product while using sustainable beekeeping practices. Brian and Sean are committed to the survival of bees all around the world and donate a portion of sales to the Pollinator Partnership. You can visit the Homestead Honey website to learn more about the company and its owners.

My entire family loves 100% pure honey and were super excited to receive a package of the Homestead Honey Sticks to try out for all of you. We received the 100% Clover Flower Honey and let me tell you…its the best! Very smooth and delicious!

100% Pure American Honey Sticks from Homestead Honey

These native honey sticks are filled with uncut high-quality clover honey from American Honeybees in the Rocky Mountains. Each honey stick contains only 15 calories and can be enjoyed straight from the stick (straw), stirred into your favorite beverage, drizzled over-the-top of ice cream, stirred into yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast cereal, etc. My mom will often melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter and then mix in some of the honey with it to make her own honey butter. She will then drizzle it on her pancakes, waffles, toasted bagel, etc. Yummy good!

I like to use honey in my baking as a natural sweetener and it adds a very unique taste to my baked goods. I will often add a tablespoon or two to my muffin mix, my cookie batter, bread mix and even into my doughnut batter. If you’re a fan at making breakfast casseroles…add a teaspoon or two to your casserole before placing it into the oven. Honey…its versatile and oh…so…good!

During the holiday season I like to buy packages of Honey Sticks and give them out as holiday gifts. We have several coffee and hot tea drinkers in our family and they look forward to receiving them every year. You can always pick up a new coffee mug, tea cup, a bag of coffee or tea bags, along with a package of honey sticks and give them as a holiday gift.
