Like most kids my children enjoy playing with slime. I’m not sure why kids are so fascinated with it, but they are and it entertains them for days on end. That’s why it makes the perfect holiday gift, birthday gift or “just because” gift any time of the year.

The Craft City – Make Your Own Kool-Aid Edible Slime Kit makes cherry and blue raspberry flavored edible slime. It’s geared towards kids age 6 years and up. Children (with adult supervision) will mix, create, play and then eat their creations!!!
Edible Slime Kit Includes:
Instruction Sheet
Secret Edible Slime Mix
Kool-Aid Flavor Packets
Edible Confetti
2 Containers with Lids
Stirring Spoon
Mixing Cup
Gloves
You will need to add water and your own set of measuring spoons.
The instruction sheet is really easy to follow and you’ll follow steps 1 through 10 to mix up the ingredients and to create the slime. Children can play with it and then eat it. They include instructions on how to properly store the slime (for up to 7 days) so your kids can enjoy it over the course of several days. After the 7 days, you’ll want to toss out what’s left.
As a parent I was really impressed with this kit. Who knew that making your own slime at home was so easy? My daughter is 10 1/2 years old and she really didn’t need any adult supervision with it. My son is 4 years old and he definitely needed my help when it came to mixing up the ingredients and making the slime. The kit really isn’t that messy, but I do recommend that you put down an old plastic table cloth to make clean-up easier once they’re done.
Finally, I much prefer giving my children an “edible” slime kit to play with than one that isn’t edible. You never know what kids will do and I just feel its safer. Every parent is different, but that’s my 2 cents on that. A great little kit to give to your children this holiday season.

This sounds like a great way for kids to have fun creating things and then eating them too!
That’s a great way to make your own slime. Good thing that it’s edible because I know lots of kids try to eat slime anyway.
Oh, boy, kids would definitely like this stuff. I see this under quite a few trees this year.
I have made Playdo with Kool Aid but had no idea it could also be used to make slime. What a fun way to do it with less mess.
