Seven Reasons Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe

Spooky season is officially here. The leaves are changing and that means your taste buds are too! Say goodbye to the Aperol Spritz and hello to this perfect fall drink: The Seven Reasons Old Fashioned.

Seven Reasons Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe

According to award-winning bartender Josue Gonzalez, bar manager at Seven Reasons:

“When most people think of drinking in the Fall they gravitate towards brown spirits like Whiskeys and Rums. Spirits that have been aged lend themselves to the season, the time they spend in barrels gives them a warming spice quality. This is why most people will change their Gin Martini to a Manhattan when the fall comes around.

The Seven Reasons Old Fashioned is perfect for the Fall. The cocktail contains Rum and Scotch with some Amaro and Fig, this flavor combination is nearly everything one desires when the leaves change and the temperature drops.”
