Then they do the same with the left hand, making sure to grab hold of a different person. You set a time limit, and everyone has to work together to undo the knot. If you have a lot of people at your office, then you may want to make two circles to make it easier. It is definitely possible to undo the knot no matter how hard it seems. They just have to work together.
