Well, it’s finally here. The end of August. It makes me sad because I know the colder weather is just around the corner. Every year summer seems to fly by quicker than it did the year before. I can remember years ago when summer seemed to drag on forever, not any more. On the bright side, we managed to squeeze in 2 nice vacations over the summer with several day trips in between. We try to get out and do as much that we can with the kids as family bonding & memories is an important part with our family. We don’t believe in letting our children grow up as couch potatoes and addicted to electronic devices. Nope, that’s not for our family.
We hope everyone had a great week and we thank you for taking the time to read our blog and leave us comments. Have a good one!
I had a week filled with summer activities with our grandkids. Once school starts and the weather changes there is much we just cant fit in. We did some rock painting and seashell decorating too. Lots of fun.
I cannot believe Sunday will be September. But here in the South, we have another 6 weeks of Summer be for the Fall comes in. It is hot but I love it here.
I completely agree with this quote. I think of it the most when I think of climate change. I enjoyed the whole week and look forward to the next.
