Intensive Recovery Mask by Skin Actives Scientific Gives Your Skin a Boost of Antioxidants

We are faced with so many choices when it comes to skin care and I’m a firm believer that you have to commit to a routine, but it doesn’t always have to break the bank. I’m excited to share with you a face mask that is similar to the ever so popular and majorly pricey, La Mer. I was recently sent a budget-friendly alternative—the Skin Actives Scientifics Intensive Recovery Mask.

Intensive Recovery Mask by Skin Actives Scientific

This $20 Intensive Recovery Mask uses USDA organic sea kelp from the coast of Maine, which increases antioxidants while it reduces redness and irritation. The formula’s kelp is ideal for providing soothing relief—think sunburn in the summer or simply being tired and dehydrated. This clear mask provides a little pick me up with a boost of hydration and antioxidants and feels light and refreshing on your skin.

This is a great mask that I’ve used a few times over the last two weeks. The company recommends using it once a week after cleansing. Simply leave it on your skin for 10 minutes and rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

Skin Actives Scientific products are manufactured in the United States and none of the products are ever tested on animals. The two ounce container is available for $20 and is sold on the company’s website. You can connect with the company on Facebook too.

I like the use of sea kelp. I am not sure if I want to use a mask since I have never tried it.
