Get a Bright, Healthy Smile with the BESTEK M-Care Electric Toothbrush

I visited my dentist this week and it’s something I really look forward to. Seriously. You might think I’m crazy, but I love getting my teeth cleaned. While I’ve definitely had my share of cavities from my younger days (the less enjoyable dental appointments), I’m older now and am much more diligent about dental hygiene and it shows. At my most recent appointment, the dental hygienist commented on how great my teeth and gums look, which she attributes to both my daily flossing and the use of an electric toothbrush. I was recently sent a BESTEK M-Care electric toothbrush, which I’ve been using for the past few weeks.

BESTEK’s M-Care electric toothbrush is an FDA approved, multi-functional toothbrush that is easy to travel with, or use at home. It has a handy 2-in-1-travel case and charger, which charges with a USB cable (included). I love the fact that you can charge it on the go—it’s perfect for popping in your travel bag and using it when you are traveling. It comes with three toothbrush heads (the American Dental Association recommends replacing them every three to four months).

I’ve had other electric toothbrushes in the past that had more features than I needed. I like this one because it is simple and gets the job done. It has a few modes, which include:

• Standard Mode – suitable for most users and is more effective than a traditional toothbrush to remove plaque and food residue. This is the mode I most frequently use.

• Soft Mode – the vibration intensity is light on this mode and is suitable for children, the elderly or those with sensitive gums.

• Whitening Mode – this mode has a high vibration intensity, which is most effective for removing plaque and tartar, which can make the teeth brighter and whiter.

The BESTEK electric toothbrush also has a brushing timers—2 minutes, 2 and a half minutes and 3 minutes. The toothbrush pauses every 30 seconds no matter the time selected to remind you to move the brush to a different area.

The only downside for me is that when it’s charging in the case and upright, it’s easy to knock over. I’ve now been charging it on its side, which takes up more space, but is less likely to get knocked over by its clumsy owner.
