During the summertime I use a lot of fresh lemons in my recipes, including when I make a big pitcher of homemade lemonade. Anyway, a few days ago I roasted a chicken and seasoned it with freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh herbs from my garden. I decided to use my new Multi-Purpose Zester and I was really impressed! Here’s why:

* Love the long handle so that I can “zest” in a measuring cup, over a pan, plate, platter, etc.

This looks like a very good zest\er. I know I would use it a lot in cooking and baking.
I like a good zester. I like that this one has a cover which mine doesn’t.
I really like the looks of this zester! Even though the blades are sharp, it looks like you would be less likely to scrape yourself.
