Not long ago, Happy Day Brands generously sent me a selection of their healthful and delicious breakfast products. I’ve already shared their Keto and Protein Pancake and Waffle Mixes and Superfood Oat blends. But no matter how good the breakfast food, my mornings don’t officially begin until I’ve had my coffee, and Happy Day Brands’ organic, Fair Trade coffees are just what I need to start my day in a delicious way.

Their full line of coffees includes 13 different blends, including 3 decaf varieties. For my review, I received 2 of their blends, Guatemala and Nicaragua whole-bean coffees. The Nicaragua blend was my husband’s top choice, since he prefers a dark roast, and this blend’s strong, rich flavor really appealed to him. My tastes tend toward lighter roasts, so the medium-roast Guatemala blend was my favorite. Preferences aside, we agreed that both blends are delicious, and we’ve been thoroughly enjoying them. Here’s how Happy Day Brands describes these two blends:
• Nicaragua: A strong and exceptionally smooth cup of coffee. This roast deepens the chocolate aroma and makes a rich offering so intense, you’d swear it was dessert.
• Guatemala: A sweet and soft vanilla aroma dominates the fragrance of this coffee. Refined, soothing, with a light smoky aftertaste.

I’m always looking for great new coffee brands to try and this one sounds wonderful! I love that it’s organic! It’s also nice that you can get it in different grinds or whole bean.
