CHI Dry Shampoo for a Quick Fix
Whether it’s a camping trip, a business trip or the lazy days of summer, there are definitely days when I don’t have the time or simply don’t want to wash my hair. I’ve tried a variety of dry shampoos over the years, but I have been a fan of the CHI Dry Shampoo for a while now. I recently received another sample of this great product, which I’ll happily share my thoughts on.

CHI Dry Shampoo is made by Farouk Systems, Inc., which is a Houston-based company that manufactures high quality professional hair care products under the industry-leading brands: SunGlitz, CHI and BioSilk.
CHI Dry Shampoo is a waterless formula that you simply spray on your hair at the roots to absorb excess oil from your scalp in between hair washings. I love having he option of skipping a wash, but still keeping my hair looking fresh and clean. This formula blends seamlessly into your hair, provides a little boost of texture, which makes it easy to brush and style—without all of the fuss. It cuts about 40 minutes out of my daily routine, so this is definitely a must-have for anyone that could use a flexible option to the daily wash, dry and style.
Some of the key ingredients in this product are:
• Silk – Protects and maintains the hair’s strength and resilience, building a natural layer of resistance to damaged.
• CHI Ceramic Compound – This unique ceramic compound uses ceramic and proteins to provide outstanding hair protection. The ceramic compound works in conjunction with thermal styling tools (like your flat iron), allowing anions to interlink with proteins on the hair stand; seal the hair cuticle and giving the hair luster and strength.
This is a simple product to use—just shake the can well before each use and spray the CHI Dry Shampoo directly onto the roots of dry hair. Massage with fingertips throughout the scalp. Be sure not to rinse, then just style as you normally would.
It is priced right as well and is available for under $20 on the Ulta website.
