There are a dozen sauce recipes and 16 pages of color photographs to inspire you to make your first recipe within days of receiving this book. I personally love that the authors included some of your basic popular recipes but also includes a lot that I’ve never tried before. I’ve been making my list and I look forward to trying out at least 75 recipes just from this one book!!! Seriously, there are no “dud” recipes here!!!
