I admit, I’m a snacker and will snack on different things throughout my day. Because I love to snack, I try to snack on all healthier foods like: fresh fruits, fresh veggie sticks and trail mixes. I think its important to keep the fat & calories down, while satisfying my need to nibble.
Today’s guest post recipe is courtesy of Popcorn.org. You can visit their website for a ton of easy-to-make popcorn recipes. This one will make approximately 9 cups. I really like their idea of storing the prepared trail mix in a glass mason jar. Brilliant!
