One of the best things about the early part of May is that we can enjoy time outdoors before the heat & humidity really sets in. I like to air out our house during this time of the year, so I will open up several windows and let the air flow through. We usually turn on our central air the end of May and will run it non-stop through the end of September. I enjoy being outside ~ taking my kids to the park, going on long walks, doing some hiking and our family enjoys playing a lot of different backyard games. Oh, I can’t forget ~ We love using our barbecue grill and have had it out since late March. Big E will use it to cook our family dinner 2-4 times a week. Nice, it gives me a little bit of a “cooking” break. What do you love about the month of May?
I love it when my husband grills out for us. It so much better than at the restaurant. We are all ready in the heat of things down here in the South. They thought we would make 90 this week but we only got to 89.
I like the quote of the week. I always appreciate the chance to review what I have missed.
