My family enjoys playing the game of miniature golf and have been avid players for over 20+ years. From March through October the family will get together twice a month and meet-up for a friendly game of mini golf. Okay I admit, sometimes it can get really competitive, but we always have a lot of fun!
Here are a few tips on how to save money when going out to play mini golf:
– Go early in the morning or during the afternoon. Most places offer discounts if you go during their “non-peak” hours.
– Visit the company’s website and social media pages to look for coupons and current specials. You can also check out sites like Groupon to see what’s being offered. Take advantage of special discounts when you can!
– Ask the business if they offer group discounts and if so, how many players do you need in your group to qualify. Some places only require 8 people to be considered as a group and will give you a discount.
– Consider purchasing combo tickets. For example: If it’s an entertainment facility that offers additional activities such as batting cages, go karts, video arcade, bumper cars, etc. you may want to purchase combination activity tickets to save money.
– You can blow a lot of money on food & beverages offered at the facility. Plan ahead and eat a meal before you go. If desired, you can pack snacks & water bottles to enjoy after you play.
– Seasonal Passes are a great way to save money if you and your family plan on playing often.
– Ask about veteran, senior, first-responders, triple AAA, birthday, etc. type’s of discounts.
Going out to play miniature golf on a regular basis can get expensive, so use some of these tips to help save money when going out to play.
