I was recently introduced to Pirro’s Sauce, which is a perfect addition to any pantry and makes a great dinner for the whole family.

We were sent a sample of Pirro’s Rustic Vodka Sauce, which is perfect for topping on pasta or serving on fish or shrimp. I boiled up some rotini pasta, added the sauce and some fresh Parmesan cheese (and fresh basil from my garden) for a simple weeknight meal.
The Rustic Vodka Sauce is a caramelized onion and chunky Pomodoro tomato-based sauce made with a touch of herbs, garlic, scallions and vodka in the perfect blend of cream. It’s all-natural, gluten-free and incredibly flavorful. I thought the chunky sauce might scare aware my teen, but he loved it and the leftovers are going in his lunch tomorrow!

Vodka sauce is one of my favorites. Their other sauce choices look very good also.
