Easy Sweet Barbecue Chicken Wings Recipe
5 lbs. Bone-In Chicken Wings, fresh or thawed
1 Bottle of Original or Classic Barbecue Sauce
2Â Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1-2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl combine together the bottle of sauce, maple syrup and brown sugar. Stir all of that together until well-combined. Rinse chicken wings under cool tap water, shake off excess water and then place them into the bowl. Seal the bowl with a lid and shake to coat the wings on all sides.
Place wings in a baking dish and put them into the oven. Every 20 minutes use a spatula to flip them over. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until they’re done (internal temperature 165-170 degrees). Remove from oven and let sit for 5-7 minutes before serving.

This sounds like a delicious recipe to use on chicken wings. I shall have to try it soon.
Yum! Good idea! I have a sweet tooth and adding the maple syrup and honey would make the wings perfect!
We both really like chicken wings here. I love the idea of maple syrup. I think ussing the ‘real’ syrup is the way to go. I have a bottle of the real and treat it like liquid gold it is so good. These wings look delicious.
That is easy. Adding your own maple syrup and brown sugar would make the tastes pop.
This looks like it would really hit the spot for an appetizer. I like how easy and simple the recipe is to follow.
I was just thinking the other day I am long overdue for some BBQ chicken. I think I am going to do this tomorrow!
That sounds so good. I will try it this way the next time we have wings. Thank you for the recipe.
