How many of you are fans of black raspberries? I love them and every July I look forward to picking fresh berries from my parent’s raspberry patch. I enjoy eating them fresh, tossing them into my muffin batter, tossing into a batch of homemade ice cream and into fruit smoothies. They’re also great when used in a cocktail too!

Sparkling Black Raspberry Cocktail Recipe
3 oz. Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry
1 oz. Three Olives Grape Vodka
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Blueberries and raspberries
Pour Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry and Three Olives Grape Vodka in a glass over ice. Add lemon juice and stir. Top with fresh blueberries and raspberries. Serve immediately.

Black Raspberry is my favorite Sparkling Ice flavor. I would definitely make this drink in the warmer months.
