Have you notice that we’ve been slowly gaining daylight since late December? On December 21st it was dark at my house at 4:50 PM (EST) and since that time we’ve gained 2 hours of additional daylight in the evening! Yippy Skippy!!! I’ve got spring fever and I can’t wait until spring gets here and we can spend more time outdoors. How about you???

  1. Looks like another fun week coming up on the blog I can’t wait. I love March so much it is my birthday month, we change the clocks soon and I am seeing flowers starting to pop up from the soil outside. The grass is green everywhere here and spring is pretty much here the best time of the whole year. Another thing that I love about this time of year is seeing the baby lambs in our neighbor’s field they are so wonderful and beautiful I love watching them run and jump and play makes me happy to be alive.

Well, daylight savings time starts this coming Sunday morning. Then you really will have some daylight. I will be glad too. I would rather have the dark in the morning and more light at the end of the day.

  3. Looking forward to another great week on TCC! Looking forward to the recipes for the Home Cook.

I always love to read about new cookbooks, art books and craft projects. I wonder what the post on frozen vegetables will contain.
