I have never heard of Irish Potato candies, but I can see that the photo does look like potatoes even though there are no potatoes in the recipe. I would like to try this recipe.

But where’s the potato? Oh, I see, they ‘look’ like potatoes. I thought it might have potato in the recipe.

I have never heard of Irish potato candies. However, it sounds delicious. I will certainly be trying this. Happy St Patric’s Day.
