I’m a big fan of popcorn and have loved snacking on it all of my life. When it comes to popcorn I like mine on the sweet side but my husband likes his on the spicy side with a kick. If you’re a fan of the sweet-style popcorn, you’re going to enjoy this easy-to-make recipe that is courtesy of Popcorn.org. It will yield approximately 3 quarts of yummy goodness!

Cinnamon Sugar Kettle Corn Recipe
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or table salt)
Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl; set aside.
In a large pot with a lid, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot, but not smoking. Add popcorn kernels and cover. When kernels begin popping, carefully lift lid and sprinkle in confectioner’s sugar. Replace lid and continue cooking, shaking pot frequently, until popping begins to slow. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Replace lid and continue shaking pot until popping has almost stopped (be careful not to burn). Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.

I like all different flavors of popcorn. would like to try this one as it is and also with a little heat in it.
This sounds really delicious. I may whip some up tonight! Thanks for the great idea!
Popcorn is the snack that we always have in our house. The cinnamon and sugar sounds like it would be a good flavoring for popcorn.
I love pretty much any popcorn, lol. This flavor looks tasty. It’s a little twist on typical sweet popcorns.
We eat a lot of popcorn at our house but we usually just throw a bag in the microwave. I’m loving all of these popcorn recipes!
That looks like a great combination for the popcorn. It’s my favorite snack, too.
