One of the things I like about the third week in February is that things seem to slow down. There are no major holidays to prepare for, no summer sports that my kids participate in, no lawn to mow (although we do shovel when it snows), but typically things slow down. This means I have more time to spend on myself and/or to get things done around the house.
What kind of activities do you enjoy in your spare time? I enjoy reading books, playing games, watching movies, pampering myself, gardening and working on minor DIY projects around the house. You?
I love the quote of the week this week it reminds me that sometimes I need to get out of my own way. In my spare time I like coming to your blog, watching movies, shopping, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
The third week in February is important to me because my birthday comes at the end of it. I appreciate this week in review since I have been doing other things.
